Homed! |
So, it seems that we have a place to stay when we move to the UK next year. Friends of Mr Ata's parents (whom we have met on a couple of occasions) have suggested that we could use their house while they are away on holidays. They will be away for three months, with the beginning of their holiday scheduled for - conveniently - around the time we will probably move. So, we have free accomodation for up to three months in Headley. And the paperwork for the Highly Skilled Migrant Program visa has been sent off - Australia Post promise it will get there in 10-14 days, which sounds ridiculous to me, but at least it will get there. We've had two painters in for quotes, the bathroom guys are booked in... could it be possible? Will it all come together? |
